What are the biggest challenges to your submission?
The fourth question for focus as part of our submissive reflection is What are the biggest challenges to your submission? While we would all love things to be plain sailing all of the time, in reality life is not like that. There are challenges and bumps along the way, and although this is something we want, it might not always seem to come naturally. The things that challenge you might be dependent on your own submissive personality, or they could be to do with your lifestyle and set of circumstances so it is open to interpretation.
If you are in a D/s relationship then there will be things which challenge that but this is about your own submissive self, so while there is an overlap in terms of how things work, the idea is to reflect on the things which are challenges for your personally in your submission. This will likely relate to your mindset and your growth so will follow on nicely if you have already reflected on the other prompts. That said, there is no order, so just come and go as you please.
As always, you are free to interpret the prompt as you want: we are all different and will experience our submission, and interpret things in different ways so feel free just to run with it. Why not just start writing and see what comes?
How do I take part?
Please check out the rules and then take part by adding your post using the linky tool at the bottom of the page. Remember to display the Tell Me About … Submissive Reflection badge (found on the main page) on your post, and please comment on the other posts and promote on social media where possible.
For anyone who is new to linking to memes and projects and is confused about how to add a badge or link up, Marie has written a great post over on Blogable, Adding a meme badge and linking your post to a linkup which will tell you exactly what to do.
Tell Me About …. is about creating a resource so if people wish to link more than one relevant post or link an older post, or return to add a newer one, that is great.
This topic will remain open.
A plea to bloggers to join us
When I am looking for information it is important to me to find writing by someone I can relate to. I hope that in creating these projects we can not only share information and experience, but also discover writing by others who we feel echo some of the same thoughts and feelings. For that reason, it is a community project which is made better by the different voices who become part of it. So basically, we want you!
