The topic for this time on Tell Me About … is GIVING, but first I would like to thank all of you who linked up posts about Your Journey the last time. Thank you for all of your entries; I really enjoyed reading about where you saw yourself as being and how you got there. I realise that everyone is busy, but if you have the time to comment on posts too, that is always encouraging for those who have written them and much appreciated. I would also like to apologise for being slow to read and respond at the moment; things have been stupidly busy for me at work and I haven’t had the time that I usually get to spend on my other projects.
This week I would like to highlight the post Alternative Pleasure which is a Guest Post written by Toolie for May More. There is a content warning in the post that it does contain details of medical play but I found it really interesting and enjoyed reading about Toolie’s journey into the unknown. One of the things I love about D/s and kink is the excitement and anticipation of experimentation and that is certainly something that Toolie managed to capture. Toolie doesn’t have his own blog but has written other guest posts for May and can be found on Twitter via @Tooliebox
This month is all about giving and so I thought it would be a good focus for our next Tell Me About topic. All good relationships are based on give and take, so how does giving work in your dynamic? Or why not focus on what you have done this season to make giving a priority? How does giving work with your headspace and where does giving and receiving fit for you? This month some of you have also written about taking part in The SafeworD/s Club Kinky Community Advent Calendar, so why not link your category or write a summary about how those gifts went for you.
Please share your thoughts about Giving and then link for us here on Tell Me About…
Tell Me About …. is about creating a resource so if people wish to link more than one relevant post or link an older post, that is fine.
If you are new then please check out the rules and then take part by adding your post using the linky tool at the bottom of the page. Remember to display the Tell Me About … badge on your post, and please comment on the other posts and promote on social media where possible.
If you would like more information about the how and the why, the what and the how of taking part, then you might want to read my post, Memes and Prompts.
For those of you who like to link your posts to other memes, why not check out the following:
Christmas Stockings are traditionally full of gifts, so check out the stockings prompt on 4 Thoughts of Fiction
And the prompt over on Wicked Wednesday this time is Christmas so go on, add your Christmas gift.
